Ruthlin takes one party at a time. When you are here, the whole cottage, the whole garden, and the whole woodland are yours. There is no shared entrance, no other guests, and no reason to be anywhere other than where you are.
Sarah handles every booking herself. She knows the cottage well, knows the valley well, and will point you towards the best of both before you arrive.

What to expect.
- 01Two nights minimum. There is no prescribed maximum. If you need a full week in the valley, come for a full week.
- 02Confirmed at the time of booking. Sarah is flexible where she can be.
- 03Rates vary by season and length of stay. Email Sarah directly for a quote.
- 04Nearest stations are Hereford and Abergavenny, both around 25 minutes by car. A pickup from Newport can be arranged. Just ask.
- 05Ruthlin is a private space for two adults. No television. Pets and children are not accommodated. The point is to actually rest.
- 06A welcome hamper is waiting. Sarah visits once during your stay, if you would like.
The cottage is yours entirely. No other guests. No shared spaces.
